Description

K’ho Village in Da Lat, Vietnam possesses optimal conditions for the healthy growth of coffee trees. Located at an altitude of 1,450–1,650 metres above sea level, the village’s lush vegetation offers ample shade for the plants, while Bazan soil from volcanoes supplies a rich source of nutrients. Annualharvests can take as long as two,  three,months to complete, since the villagers gather the ripe berries entirely byhand.

Type: Arabica

Varietal: Catimor

Process: Washed

Roast: Medium Light

Tasting notes: A hearty aroma of dark chocolate and hazelnut. Bright and clean aftertaste.

Preparation & brewing: Ground just prior to brewing. Use pour-over equipment and freshly boiled water (90° C -95° C).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Once opened, best consumed within 2 weeks.
