K’ho Village in Da Lat, Vietnam possesses optimal conditions for the healthy growth of coffee trees. Located at an altitude of 1,450–1,650 metres above sea level, the village’s lush vegetation offers ample shade for the plants, while Bazan soil from volcanoes supplies a rich source of nutrients.

Tasting notes: A hearty aroma of dark chocolate and hazelnut. Bright acidity and clean aftertaste.

Preparation & brewing: Ground just prior to brewing. Great for any espresso machine and French press.
