In the mountains of Pangkhon, coffee flowers are only harvested once in a year. During a few short days of blooming, the fragrant flowers are quickly and carefully handpicked by the tribe ladies, and sundried for coffee blossom tea.

Ingredients: 100% natural coffee flowers

Tasting notes: A delicate perfume of sweet jasmine, osmanthus and a hint oolong.

Brewing: Use 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml), pour freshly boiled water (93° C – 100° Cover and brew for 4-5 minutes.
